(1) Galvanized steel wire rope
It adopts high-quality carbon steel wire: 45 #, 55 #, 60 # ,70 #, etc., and the surface adopts hot-dip galvanizing or electric galvanizing treatment process. It has high strength and good oxidation resistance.The product has no burr, no broken rope, consistent color and beautiful appearance. It has good corrosion resistance, can work normally in bad environments.The looseness is good, the machine can automatically feed the rope without manual labor.lt has good softness, suitable for traction, pulling, strapping and other uses.
(2) Plastic coated steel wire rope
The inner core of the plastic-coated steel wire rope is made of stainless steel or carbon steel, and the surface can be covered with PE PU PVC and other materials, the color is optional. Plastic-coated steel wire rope has outstanding corrosion resistance, the service life in the corrosion-resistant environment ,like atmosphere, mine water and seawater ,is 3.5-5 times that of general galvanized steel wire rope.
(3) Stainless steel wire rope
Stainless steel wire rope use high-quality AISI304, AISI316 as stainless steel raw materials. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. It is widely used in petrochemical industry, aviation, automobile, fishing, building decoration and other industries. After electrolytic polishing, the stainless steel wire rope becomes bright and the corrosion resistance feature is greatly enhanced.
